Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for original fine art.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. We recommend you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the artwork in perfect condition within 24 hours.

Damaged items upon delivery.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately.
